Multidisciplinary Designer (100% REMOTE)

We’re Algert—a growing creative agency looking for a Multidisciplinary Designer to join our team.

We care about good vibes, great work, and sticking together. If you’re a collaborative designer who’s fluent in Figma and gets what makes great layouts work, we want to hear from you.

Before you apply, make sure you have:

• Good understanding of design systems, Figma components and global styles (IMPORTANT)
• Strong skills in designing landing pages, ads, and decks
• A solid understanding of layout and web design principles
• Interest in long-term work with a close-knit team
• Comfortable communicating in English (required)
• Schedule: since we serve North American clients and you must be available during US business hours
• A solid portfolio (required)

What you’ll work on:

• 70% – Design concepts for landing pages and decks (Figma-only)

• 20% – Campaign assets like banners, emails, and page visuals (Figma-only)

• 10% – One-off projects: tradeshow booths, marketing swag, and other fun stuff

Bonus points if you can create short-form videos (CapCut) or GIF animations — not required, just a nice extra.

This role is for someone looking for steady, ongoing work. We’re a small, efficient team, and most of our designers have been with us for years. If you’re looking for something long-term and you meet the requirements, we’d love to hear from you.
