About us

We are a handicraft export business based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We were born to support local artisan communities by revaluing and promoting their crafts around the world. We are looking for an International Sales Representative willing to boost our wholesale sales in Australia.

Job Summary

You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the assigned market. This role requires a strong understanding of international sales and a genuine appreciation for handcrafted textiles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented and independent.

Key responsabilities

Market Development & Research

- Identify customer segments that align with our brand and products (e.g., boutiques, interior designers, etc)

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs

Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement sales plan to achieve revenue targets

- Generate and manage leads proactively through various channels

- Present our handcrafted textiles effectively, highlighting their unique characteristics

- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations

- Manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment

- Track sales progress towards targets

Relationship Management

- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers

- Provide an exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Job Requirements

- Genuine appreciation for handcrafted textiles and design

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in international sales, preferably within the Interior Design industry

- Ability to work independently, take initiative and be results-oriented

- Fluency in English
