We provide commissioned services to educational settings, and clinics across the South of England. Our team includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
Role Description
This is a full or part-time, remote role for Contract Administrator to lead and support our team of Speech & Language Therapists with one of our NHS contracts in London.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts, handling day to day processes, and ensuring all contracts comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Day-to-day tasks will include
- scheduling Speech & Language appointments
- responding to emails and call from schools and commissioners
- sending Therapists' reports and clinical documents to schools and stakeholders
- analysing therapeutic data
- analysing contract terms,
- maintaining records,
- communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to contracts.
Qualifications
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of Speech & Language Therapy
