About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Training Administrator to join a growing Learning & Development team.

Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Department: Learning & Development / Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
- Schedule online and in-person training programmes.
- Maintain learning records and training databases.
- Send training invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
- Ensure compliance and training documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Produce reports on training completion and attendance.
- Support employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Assist the Learning & Development team with administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external training providers.
- Help improve learning processes and employee development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
You may be suitable if you have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Confidence using databases and digital systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous administration, customer service, HR, office support, education, or training experience is advantageous.
- No previous Learning & Development experience required – full training provided.
