Are you the kind of person who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems and likes being the person who makes things happen?
Aspen Medical is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join our Digital Health team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a versatile all-rounder who enjoys taking ownership, adapting to changing priorities and working across a broad range of workforce activities.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension.
About The Role
No two days will be quite the same.
Reporting to the Workforce Team Lead, you'll support workforce activities across recruitment, credentialing and onboarding, training, rostering, payroll and compliance.
You'll be part of a busy, collaborative team where priorities can shift quickly. You'll need to think on your feet, respond to emerging needs and work closely with stakeholders to keep things moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day workforce activities across multiple areas.
- Support recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, training, rostering, payroll and compliance activities.
- Respond to workforce enquiries and changing operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, systems and documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve workforce issues, escalating risks when required.
- Support workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and genuinely enjoys getting things done. You'll be comfortable juggling competing priorities, solving problems and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail. As a remote but highly collaborative role, you'll also enjoy staying connected and working closely with your team and stakeholders throughout the day.
Essential Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Experience in workforce coordination, recruitment, administration, HR or a similar operational environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to remain responsive and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, credentialing or workforce administration.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health or a related service delivery environment.
- Current or previous registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN), or other relevant clinical experience, would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Understanding of workforce compliance, record management, Australian employment legislation or Modern Awards.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Full-time, fixed-term position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of an extension.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Employee discounts, including private health insurance and gym memberships.
This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one small part of workforce operations.
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas, build broad experience and solve real operational challenges in a team where your contribution is visible and valued.
If you enjoy variety, responsibility and being part of a team that gets things done, we'd love to hear from you.
