This is a global role spanning multiple brands under the Blueberry group, including Blueberry Funded and Blueberry Futures. The ideal candidate will not only be a strong content creator and strategist but will also have a feel for community engagement, especially on X (formerly Twitter)—a core platform for our brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing social media strategies across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord
• Creating and scheduling engaging posts and market-related content tailored to retail traders
• Monitoring and responding to community conversations in a tone that aligns with each brand
• Collaborating with design, marketing, and support teams to amplify campaigns and product launches
• Tracking performance metrics and optimizing content based on analytics
• Supporting influencer outreach and affiliate-driven campaigns when needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in fintech, trading, or prop firms
• Strong understanding of X and its role in community and influencer-driven marketing
• Solid copywriting and content planning skills, including meme-based or discussion-driven content
• Comfortable managing multiple profiles and brands in parallel
• Familiarity with social tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or similar
• Knowledge of the CFD, FX, or futures trading industry is strongly preferred
• Experience with Discord community management is a plus
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• A good sense of humor and pulse on trading culture is a bonus
