ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level HR Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day human resources operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with onboarding and employee programs.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment processes
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files
- Update HR systems and employee information
- Coordinate training sessions and employee programs
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, human resources, or support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVE
- Administrative or office support experience
- Exposure to HR or recruiting processes
- Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
- Experience with scheduling and documentation
