Our focus is on quality acquisitions, risk management, and consistent outcomes. We are now seeking an Investment Buyer’s Agent to join our growing national team. Location & Flexibility This is a national role offering flexibility to: • Work remotely from home, or • Operate from one of our Cohen Handler offices, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and other key locations nationwide The role can be structured to suit the right candidate. The Role This position is suited to someone who wants to operate in property investing, not traditional real estate sales. You will work with clients across Australia, sourcing and securing investment-grade properties, managing the acquisition process end-to-end, and contributing to strong, repeatable client outcomes. You’ll be supported by Cohen Handler’s national infrastructure, proprietary systems, research capability, and established agent relationships. Key Responsibilities • Researching and sourcing investment-grade property opportunities nationwide • Conducting detailed due diligence and risk analysis • Managing client relationships from strategy through to acquisition • Liaising with selling agents, inspectors, solicitors, and internal teams • Managing workflows and opportunities through CRM and internal systems • Providing clear, professional communication to clients throughout the process • Contributing to the performance and growth of Cohen Handler Secure About You • Genuine interest in property investing and portfolio strategy • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability • Confident communicator with clients and industry professionals • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using data, systems, and CRM platforms • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience in buyer’s agency, real estate, finance, research, or property investing is beneficial, but capability, mindset, and professionalism are most important.
