We are seeking an A team player to join our Dashdot team as a Property Portfolio Strategist as we embark on our next phase of growth. Your primary purpose as a Property Portfolio Strategist is to be the trusted advisor for clients who are starting their property journey with Dashdot. You will connect with clients to understand their life goals, build a custom property portfolio plan using our proprietary property portfolio thesis and use in-house planning tools to help them reach those goals, and walk them through these plans so they have the clarity and confidence needed to move forward. You’ll build trust through proactive, thoughtful communication and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage. You’ll know when to go deep, when to simplify, and how to adapt your style to different personalities, expectations, and decision-making needs. While precise strategy and data underpin your recommendations, your value comes from translating that complexity into clear, actionable guidance clients can understand and commit to. Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client portfolio planning as a trusted portfolio advisor.
  • Translate property portfolio strategy into clear, confident guidance clients understand.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, providing timely updates and clarity.
  • Conduct deep client discovery to understand goals, risk, and expectations.
  • Build and present tailored portfolio strategies aligned to each client’s position & outcomes.
  • Guide clients through decisions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery in line with their Portfolio Plan.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and ways of working.

EssentialSkills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • Property industry experience or adjacent financial services background.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas simply and confidently.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making under ambiguity.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Driven to look for strategic solutions to complex problems.

Desirable

  • Background in mortgage broking, financial planning, or client success management.
  • Experience presenting strategies or recommendations to clients.
  • Familiarity with portfolio or financial modelling tools.
  • Personal property investment experience.
