Team Assistant

We’re building something big — a European umbrella organisation working to support our pirate parties across Europe and amplify our shared political voice. Our movement is rooted in collaboration, grassroots empowerment, and making real impact at the EU level.

To make this happen, we’re looking for motivated, reliable, and passionate Team Assistants to support our European Secretariat.

As a Team Assistant, you will:

• Support the Team Lead in coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Help with practical tasks such as scheduling, drafting notes, taking the minutes of the meetings, or following up on actions.

• Contribute to smooth communication within the team and across teams.

• Provide input on projects and help turn ideas into action.

• Be a point of support for volunteers, ensuring they feel engaged and informed.

You may choose to assist in one of the following teams:

• Management Team (leadership, coordination)
• Communications Team (social media, press, campaigns)
• Community & Outreach Team (member engagement, grassroots connections)
• IT Team (digital tools, infrastructure, technical support)
• Policy Team (research, policy development, advocacy)
• Operations Team (HR, administration, logistics)

👉 No prior experience required — we value commitment, collaboration, and curiosity. If you’ve ever helped in grassroots activism, worked with digital tools, or supported cross-border initiatives, that’s a big plus.

⌛Time commitment: Flexible and part-time (volunteer-based). Around 2–4 hours per week, depending on your availability.
