Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate who enjoys helping people, asking good questions, and guiding customers through their next steps with confidence. In this role, you’ll speak with small and mid-sized business owners, learn how they operate day to day, and support them as they get set up with tools that make their work easier.

This is a conversation-focused role with steady interaction, clear processes, and strong support. It’s a great fit if you like talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with business owners to understand their current setup, challenges, and goals
  • Walk customers through available solutions and explain how they fit into daily operations
  • Participate in scheduled calls and follow up with customers who’ve shown interest
  • Support new customers through the onboarding and setup process
  • Provide a friendly, helpful experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
  • Keep notes, updates, and next steps organized in the CRM system
  • Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
