About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Branding Assistant to help establish and grow our brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about marketing, branding, and leveraging modern tools (including AI) to drive results.

You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating foundational design systems, and launching our social media presence. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and eager to learn, with a strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and implementing brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create initial brand templates for presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Set up and manage company social media pages (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and schedule regular social media posts to build engagement and awareness.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and marketing workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong educational background in Marketing, Business, or Branding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Access to your own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in security or defence sectors or related industries.
• Knowledge of defence sales or prior experience with security marketing.
• Prior experience using AI tools for marketing or content creation.
