FOUNDING REVENUE & PARTNERSHIPS ROLE

We are building FinTellect AI- an AI-driven solution focused on improving financial decision-making.

The product is designed to help companies move beyond static reports and better understand how different decisions impact revenues, costs, profitability, and cash flow. Through structured financial analysis and scenario-based insights, it provides clarity that supports real business decisions.

We are now moving into the next phase of go-to-market, focused on building a scalable sales and partnership model.

We are looking for a person who will take an active role in developing our sales and partnerships.

This includes:

– opening and leading conversations with potential clients

– building and managing partner relationships

– identifying and developing commercial opportunities

– contributing to how we position and grow the product in the market

This is not a traditional sales role, but a hands-on, early-stage opportunity to shape how the product reaches the market and how the revenue engine is built.

We start with a performance-based model:

– commission for each client brought

– revenue share from generated business

As traction grows, there is a clear path toward equity participation and a key role in scaling the business.

We are looking for someone with:

– experience in B2B, consulting, finance or SaaS

– access to relevant networks or clients

– ability to lead conversations and build trust

– entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with early-stage dynamics

This is an early-stage, performance-based role.

There is currently no fixed salary attached to the position.

Compensation is based on commissions, revenue share and long-term upside/equity potential.
