Role Description The Car Finance Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end vehicle finance processes, from initial client inquiry through approval and settlement, in line with Halal finance principles. This full-time, remote role includes assessing client eligibility, preparing finance proposals, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The position involves liaising with clients, brokers, and internal teams, monitoring loan performance, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Car Finance Manager will also contribute to improving processes, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting the development of products and policies that meet client needs and faith-based requirements. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of consumer and car finance products, lending practices, and basic credit assessment.
• Understanding or willingness to develop expertise in Islamic finance principles and Halal financial structures.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or automotive finance, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, finance software, and standard office applications to manage client data and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and commitment to accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases concurrently.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and respect for diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
