Four Four Entertainment is a creative agency and production company based in New York, with work across Los Angeles and Miami. Four Four Talent is our new talent representation department, built to connect influencers and content creators with brand partnerships. We work with brands and agencies every day, and now we're putting that network to work for creators.

We're hiring a Sponsorship Agent to sign creators and land them brand deals. This is a sales role first. You'll prospect talent, build your own roster, and pitch your creators to brands and agencies running campaigns.

This is not full creator management. You won't handle posting, content strategy or day-to-day social. Your focus is brand partnerships, start to finish.

• Prospect and sign influencers and content creators to build your own roster
• Identify brands and agencies running creator campaigns and pitch your talent to them
• Negotiate rates, deliverables and terms on brand partnership deals
• Manage deals from first pitch through contract and payment
• Build lasting relationships with brand partners, agency buyers and your creators
• Track your pipeline, deals and revenue so you always know where you stand

• Driven to build a roster from scratch and grow it into your own business
• Excited by commission and the idea that your earnings grow with your effort
• Plugged into creator culture and able to spot talent brands will want
• Confident reaching out cold to creators, brands and agencies
• Organized enough to juggle multiple creators and deals at once
• Experience in sales, partnerships, talent or influencer marketing is a plus, but not required

• $45,000 base salary
• 30% commission on deals you close
