  • Start Date: June 2026 - July 2027 (9-12 months)
  • Location: Remote
  • Eligibility: Only open to students seeking an academic industry placement year

Available Roles 1. Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience Coordinator Help shape the future of recruitment! In this role, you'll manage the communications with the candidates Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain recruitment documentation
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through professional communication
  • Track and move candidates through the recruitment pipeline
  • Conduct interviews when needed and learn talent evaluation techniques

2. Talent Acquisition Tech Associate Are you passionate about recruitment technology and automation? In this role, you’ll enhance our hiring processes using innovative tools and systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise recruitment workflows through automation
  • Ensure recruitment data accuracy and maintain a smooth candidate experience
  • Assist in interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Manage recruitment platforms and tools

  • Conduct competitor research and identify sales trends
  • Qualify leads and support the sales team with research

  • Communicate with attendees, partners, and stakeholders
  • Handle event tickets, registrations, and logistics
  • Support in-person networking events in London

9. Mentorship & Communications Coordinator Location: Remote | Hybrid | International Team Collaboration Support mentees through their mentorship journey and gain experience in communications, data tracking, and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication via Chronus and email
  • Send and track surveys to collect feedback
  • Assist with data collection and reports for stakeholders
