Innovad Group is looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service and Logistics Manager to support our UK and IE operations. In this role you will ensure smooth customer service, efficient logistics coordination and strong supplier management. You will be part of a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility and autonomy. 

Location: West Midlands, UK, 100% remote working

Salary: £40,000 per annum + 25 days holiday per year + laptop 

Contract: Full-time, Permanent  

Start Date: ASAP 

What You Will Do 

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. 
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer relations. 
  • Coordinate export and import logistics. 
  • Oversee stock levels and procurement. 
  • Maintain supplier documentation. 
  • Support marketing and administrative tasks. 
  • Work confidently with ERP systems. 

What You Bring 

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, procurement, or similar roles. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Master's Degree, MBA or related qualifications 
  • Confidence with ERP systems like Business Central.
