What will you do?

This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to promote ISRM’s information risk management and forensic services. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, preparing tailored proposals, and participating in virtual meetings and presentations. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and providing feedback to support service and process improvements. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver product and service training for clients and may assist in creating sales materials and participating in virtual industry events or webinars.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Sales Management and pipeline management abilities to prioritize opportunities, forecast results, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in Training clients or internal teams on services, solutions, or processes is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with information security, risk management, or forensic services is an advantage.
  • Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within a dispersed team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
