About the Role

Joblet.ai is hiring a Data Analyst to turn the massive volume of hiring, matching, and engagement data flowing through our platform into clear, actionable intelligence. You will support product, commercial, and operational teams with the critical analysis and insights they need to make faster, smarter decisions. This is a high-visibility role in a company where data is treated as our core competitive advantage.

What You Will Do

• Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain robust dashboards and reporting pipelines that track core product usage, campaign performance, and top-level business KPIs.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses on candidate matching quality, employer engagement trends, and platform conversion rates.
• Experimentation: Partner closely with Product Managers to instrument new features and meticulously design A/B testing frameworks.
• Commercial Support: Support our commercial teams with client-facing analytics, customized performance reports, and actionable campaign insights.
• Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in platform data, surfacing key findings to relevant executive stakeholders.
• Infrastructure Growth: Contribute to the continuous development, scaling, and documentation of Joblet.ai's internal data infrastructure.

\What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a highly related analytical role. (Bonus: Prior experience in a marketplace, AdTech, or HR tech environment).
• Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (required) and working knowledge of Python or R for deep analysis and automation.
• BI Mastery: Hands-on experience building visualizations within BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Problem Solving: A strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems, design the correct analytical approach, and communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Data Dexterity: High comfort level working with large, complex datasets spread across multiple systems.
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and understanding of statistical significance.
