About Us:

Jordan and Brooke are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics and English tutors to provide personalized learning support for primary and secondary students. We aim to foster a nurturing and educational environment that enables students to succeed academically and grow confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized tutoring in English or Mathematics to primary and secondary students, ensuring alignment with their individual learning needs and goals.
• Regularly evaluate student progress and provide feedback, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to design and implement effective educational resources tailored to student requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and curriculum developments to deliver high-quality instruction.

Key Criteria:

• A cleared Police Report is mandatory for employment.
• Familiarity with the Australian curriculum is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment.
• A passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience in tutoring English and Mathematics, ideally across primary and secondary levels.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
