LingoUnlocked is hiring a part-time Business Development Representative to support our growth with nonprofits and government-adjacent organizations. We are a fast-growing translation company that has reached nearly 1 million in annual revenue and are now building structured outbound engagement to expand our client base.

This remote role focuses on:

• Proactive outbound outreach to mission-driven organizations
• Building and managing lead lists
• Following up with prospective clients
• Booking qualified discovery calls with decision-makers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior B2B sales or business development experience
• Comfort with outbound outreach and relationship-building
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A self-driven, organized approach to pipeline management

Role structure:

• Part-time (16–20 hours per week)
• Contract position
• Base pay with performance-based incentives
• Potential for increased responsibility over time
