Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include administering employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The role also involves responding to HR-related inquiries, helping resolve employee issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist collaborates with managers to promote a positive work environment, supports training initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience administering Employee Benefits and assisting employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting performance and development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and standard office productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
