Mansfield Black are current assisting a well established small/ medium sized Software company based in South London hire an all round Operations and Admin Co-coordinator for a Permanent Role.
They have been growing year on year and really strive to look after their staff. They operate in small teams and everyone is really nice. They are looking for a permanent person who wants an all round role who can ideally start immediately to 2 weeks notice. (they may wait for 1 month if needed)
Location: Fully Remote role. Office south London - ideal candidate would be up to 3 hour commute from South London to come in quarterly to help prep for events.
Start date: Interview next week - ideally start in SeptemberSalary: £30k initially - then £32k after probation (set in stone)
Bonus: Each employee is given a small share of the business. annually you get a bonus based on their sales and growth
Purpose of Role
As they are a software business, they sell software to clients, maintain that software, train clients on how to use it, and hold events and seminars around new products.
The goal of this role is all round logistics of events and training. Ensuring that operationally they are providing a good service, and also booking and scheduling meetings internally, plus arranging the events and external training.
The ideal candidate would have managed diaries, booked events, arranged basic events, sent mailshots, arranged training or arranged logistics with clients etc.
You need to be really organised, upbeat, and keen for an all round role.
- Coordinate and organise logistics for company training and exhibition stands
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to cross-functional teams working on various company projects
- Mail merge on email and communicate with customers attending training
- Handle bookings and queries for events and training
- Update websites on information
- Adhere to company policies
- Prepare data-driven reports and insights to support decision-making
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and training, facilitating successful partnerships.
- Provide efficient and effective support in maintaining internal and external relationships, ensuring a positive and professional image for the company.
