Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Travel Technology Company based in Greece. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and technology and enjoy helping others have memorable experiences. You will assist customers in German, guiding them through inquiries and providing support related to travel technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel technology services, bookings, and product features via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and troubleshooting issues related to travel bookings
  • Provide information on travel packages, promotions, and system functionalities
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Stay updated on travel trends, technology solutions, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or technology sector
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
