• Manage inbound sales calls from Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about services and offerings from Luminus
• Effectively process orders and maintain accurate sales records in the system
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive market trends

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), with strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is beneficial
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment
