Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a position for a Nederlands Sprekende Wegenwacht Service Agent, specifically designed for remote work from Greece. In this vital role, you will provide road assistance and support to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while they are on the road. Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers who require roadside assistance via phone, providing timely and accurate information
• Coordinate assistance services promptly, ensuring that customers receive the help they need as quickly as possible
• Document customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system for record keeping and process improvement
• Communicate clearly and clearly with customers, guiding them through the assistance process
• Work collaboratively with service partners to ensure effective delivery of roadside assistance
• Stay informed about company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Greek is a plus
• Experience in customer service, especially in a support or assistance role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay calm under pressure
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively
• A willingness to help others and a genuine concern for customer well-being while on the road
