As a representative, you will assist customers in Romanian, ensuring they have a seamless experience while booking their accommodations and managing their travel plans. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and accommodations via phone, email, and chat in Romanian
• Provide information on property details, availability, and travel-related services
• Assist customers with resolving issues related to their bookings and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
