What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after four months in the position
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Solve routine and complex customer service problems, escalating issues as necessary
- Document customer interactions in the DDF system and check for report results for follow-up
- Operate the phone system effectively and enter orders manually as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with solid verbal, written, and listening abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
