What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after four months in the position
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Solve routine and complex customer service problems, escalating issues as necessary
  • Document customer interactions in the DDF system and check for report results for follow-up
  • Operate the phone system effectively and enter orders manually as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills with solid verbal, written, and listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
