Our portals help tenants, brokers and investors access transparent market data and connect with office providers across Central and Eastern Europe.

Role overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations of our customer communications, website management and partner relations. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of tasks and help ensure smooth business operations. You will play a key part in maintaining our online presence, supporting sales activities and communicating with clients and service providers.

Key responsibilitiesCustomer and Client Support

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure clients receive accurate and sufficient information about our services
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful communication style across all channels

Website & Content Management

  • Upload and update articles, posts, or service information on the website
  • Monitor website functionality and flag any issues or improvements
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date and visually appealing

Sales Support

  • Send offers, proposals and follow-up communications to clients
  • Assist in preparing sales materials or presentations
  • Support day-to-day sales tasks as needed

Marketing and Partnerships

  • Help coordinate marketing activities such as email campaigns, social posts or newsletters
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local providers and service partners
  • Assist in collecting and organising marketing materials or promotional assets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, sales or marketing role
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable and eager to take initiative
