What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Keep Tier 0 KPI updated, creating reports and corresponding presentations
- Assist in preparing pitches for SCR/EAC and PCR/PMR reviews
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Organize, plan, invite for meetings, and write minutes of meetings as required
- Support line management and departments with time management and performance reviews
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the US
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced site environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
