Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Bookkeeper.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and handling journal entries. Additional tasks include working with XERO software, XPM, Ignition and Microsoft Workspace, ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with payroll and BAS preparation as needed.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Finance, and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Experience with Financial Statements preparation
• Skilled in using XERO, XPM, Microsoft Workspace
• Experience in preparation of BAS, ITR, CTR, etc

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in the hospitality, real estate, construction, or property development sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferre
