THE ROLE
Provisional Psychologist Hub is a national leader in supervision and professional development services for provisional psychologists.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension to 12 months or transition to ongoing employment, subject to performance and organisational needs. The position is covered by the National Employment Standards, with pro-rated leave entitlements. The contract will conclude at the end of the fixed term unless extended or made ongoing.

The Business Development and Marketing Officer plays a key role in driving organisational growth by engaging prospective and existing students and provisional psychologists from initial enquiry through to service commencement.
In this sales-focused role, you will present, promote, and sell services, deliver a high-quality client experience at every stage, contribute to lead generation and conversion activities, support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and campaign activity, leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the pipeline, assist with website updates, CRM management, and database administration, and provide timely support and guidance to provisional psychologists navigating registration pathways.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining sales, marketing, client engagement, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
THE TEAM

The role reports directly to the General Manager of Operations and offers scope to take ownership and help shape the ongoing growth of the organisation.
ABOUT YOU
You are a people-focused professional who enjoys engaging with others and delivering practical, outcome-based solutions. You bring positive energy to your work and are confident initiating contact via phone rather than relying solely on email.
You will have experience working with a CRM system and maintaining accurate client records, intermediate CRM capability including data management and customer profiling, experience in sales and customer service (6–12 months minimum required), strong interest or experience in digital marketing including SEO and social media strategy, high-level administration skills with strong attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple software platforms to improve efficiency.
Highly regarded is experience in a regulated health or allied health support environment, understanding of psychology registration pathways, familiarity with AHPRA Advertising Guidelines, and an interest in training, education, or workforce development.

THE OFFER
