Job Description: Welcome to Pyle USA - We’re are the lookout for a caring, thoughtful, and sharp individual to join our Customer Experience team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and a key part of ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong English communication skills and is eager to learn. You’ll be working closely within the team to ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s value and delivers outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias)
  • Resolve issues efficiently with empathy and clear communication
  • Escalate tickets when needed and follow up on open cases
  • Help maintain internal documentation and update macros or replies as we improve flows
  • Spot and report recurring issues to help improve customer journey

Requirements:

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • A caring, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Quick learner, comfortable using online tools and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience in Shopify, Gorgias, or other eCommerce tools
  • (1-2 Years) Previous customer support experience
  • Interest in eCommerce, retail, or online consumer brands
