What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding dental, vision, life, and disability benefits
• Assist customers, groups, and providers through phone and written communication using clear and polite language
• Adhere to quality standards while managing communications
• Check subscriber plans to determine benefits and gather necessary documentation
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or similar environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time, and adhere to the schedule

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous call center experience
• Completion of a Customer Service Simulation test
• Ability to complete a dental training course
