Regulatory Response Support Specialist - Italian

- Salary: €44,000/annum pro rata

- Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Join a fast-paced global technology platform as a Regulatory Response Support Specialist, supporting customers and internal stakeholders across complex regulatory and policy-related cases. This role combines customer service, case management, problem-solving and stakeholder communication, with exposure to legal, regulatory and data privacy matters. The successful candidate will be adaptable, highly organised and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and responsibilities can evolve.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer and community cases from initial contact through to resolution, following established workflows and guidelines.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders through phone, live chat, messaging and social media channels.
- Assess case type and severity, resolving issues within scope and escalating appropriately when required.
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, efficiency and a high level of service.
- Summarise complex issues clearly and escalate sensitive or high-priority matters to relevant teams or leadership.
- Support regulatory, legal, policy, data privacy and other sensitive cases in line with operational procedures.
- Share best practices, participate in team discussions and support operational improvements, launches and changes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, contact centre, mediation, social media response, front desk or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and communicate professionally.
- Experience handling customer contacts through phone, messaging, live chat or similar channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage workloads within prescribed schedules.
- Interest in or previous experience with legal, policy, consumer, regulatory or compliance-related matters is advantageous.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to take on changing responsibilities, priorities and potentially move between teams.
- Fluency in English plus Italian Speaker
- Basic computer literacy including Google Workspace and Apple/Mac OS.
