About the Opportunity:
The ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, PAID SOCIAL supports the account team by managing production tasks related to paid social campaigns. This role is responsible for building and launching campaigns, optimizing account activities, trafficking creative assets, and generating performance reports. The position contributes to campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction by ensuring smooth execution and supporting testing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Implement paid social campaigns by organizing plans, schedules, and tracking progress
- Collect, analyze, and process large data sets
- Manage workflow to deliver projects on time
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
- Collaborate across departments to meet team and client needs
- Maintain knowledge of paid social platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap
- Prepare regular reports and provide optimization recommendations
Requirements:
- At least six months of paid social experience, including Facebook ads; experience with TikTok and Snapchat is a plus
- Willingness to learn and master social media channels
- Prior experience in a production-focused role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel functions such as vlookup and pivot tables
- High degree of independence, curiosity, and eagerness to expand skills and responsibilities
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range from $47,900 to $60,000 USD for US remote candidates, based on experience, expertise, location, and organizational impact
