We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Assistant to help maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

Review data for errors or missing information and correct inconsistencies.

Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.

Organize and categorize information to improve data management efficiency.

Generate simple reports or summaries from data as needed.

Communicate with team members to verify or obtain information when necessary.

Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
