Role Description This is a full-time remote Fast Food Team Member role, supporting operational and customer service activities for SPLENDID RESTAURANTS LIMITED locations. The role involves taking customer orders through digital or phone channels, providing prompt and courteous service, and coordinating with on-site staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately. Day-to-day tasks include updating menus and promotions online, assisting with remote order management systems, responding to customer inquiries and feedback, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to food service operations. The team member is expected to follow company food safety and hygiene guidelines, maintain detailed records where required, and collaborate closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Food Service skills, with the ability to understand fast food workflows and support kitchen and order processes.
- Knowledge of Food Safety practices, including hygiene standards and safe handling procedures, and the ability to follow company guidelines.
- Customer Service and Food & Beverage experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering positive customer interactions remotely.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage phone or online orders clearly and efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital ordering systems or point-of-sale platforms.
- Ability to work full-time remotely, stay organized, manage time effectively, and collaborate with on-site teams.
- Previous experience in fast food, hospitality, or retail service is beneficial but not mandatory.
