By doing so, you will play a vital role in protecting BILL’s customers while enabling safe and trusted growth. The role requires close collaboration with risk operations leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize analytics initiatives, and manage the analytics roadmap. Your work will directly influence risk management strategies and enhance the overall security and reliability of our platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, especially Tableau, for creating dashboards and reports
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling data stories
  • Experience working with data from fraud and risk platforms such as DataVisor, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with risk operations leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data from multiple source systems into complete, accurate, and consistent risk operation data models
  • Create intuitive, automated reports and Tableau dashboards that provide real-time insights
  • Synthesize data findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling data stories for leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with risk operations leaders to understand their needs and priorities
  • Gather requirements, prioritize analytics requests, and manage the analytics roadmap for the risk team
  • Analyze risk trends and patterns to identify potential vulnerabilities and opportunities for risk mitigation
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies to prevent fraud and enhance platform security
  • Continuously monitor and improve data models and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Benefits

  • 100% paid employee health, dental, and vision insurance plans (HMO, PPO, or HDHP options)
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Life insurance and long-term/short-term disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support
  • Paid holidays, wellness days, and flexible time off policies
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program with discounts
  • Wellness and fitness initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • Recognition and referral programs to celebrate achievements and attract talent
