Job Summary: TeamGOV is looking for a remote Operations Records Coordinator to assist in organizing, reviewing, and maintaining records that support the daily functions of our nationwide access control and facilities management projects.
Responsibilities:
- 
Monitor and maintain operational data in cloud-based systems
 - 
Assist with compiling reports related to service performance and project milestones
 - 
Ensure data accuracy across platforms and update regularly
 - 
Support project tracking systems and status documentation
 
Qualifications:
- 
Associate degree or relevant experience
 - 
Experience working with spreadsheets and online project tools
 - 
High attention to detail and accuracy
 - 
Strong time management and follow-through skills
