Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely to reach and engage potential clients, generate qualified leads, and close deals for our IT and cybersecurity solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that deliver value and protection.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT managed services, cybersecurity, and SaaS offerings
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand customer pain points and match them with the right solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development (cybersecurity or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of IT services and cybersecurity concepts
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
