We’re on the lookout for a proactive and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a role for someone eager to bring ideas to life across a wide range of formats and platforms, ranging from digital to print.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of graphic design, social media, and marketing.
This role reports into the Marketing Manager and will be part of a small but mighty marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media graphics, email newsletters, animations, website assets, presentations, flyers, event banners, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually compelling product mock-ups and visuals for sales presentations and pitch decks.
- Support the wider marketing team at marketing events and sampling.
- Collaborate with the founder to create assets for personal branding, social media, speaking engagements, and website content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials while staying up to date with current design trends.
- Assist in the development and organization of our asset library for easy team access.
- Be open to feedback, iterate quickly, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer (internships or freelance work will be considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Figma is a plus.
- A strong and versatile portfolio that demonstrates creativity across both digital and print.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, high-quality design.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
