Marketing Specialist

We’re a team of passionate fraud fighters, and we’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our impact.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our global marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to jump-start their marketing career and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role will have broad exposure across all marketing activities including events, campaigns, digital channels, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of ThreatMark in-person events, including the Banking Fraud Summits.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of other virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and partner activations.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor communications, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all events.
  • Help manage ThreatMark’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and support community management.
  • Stay current on social media trends and recommend new approaches to increase reach and engagement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with website updates and SEO optimization efforts.
  • Help monitor analytics and generate reports to inform marketing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, marketing automation software, and social media scheduling tools.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting events or campaigns in a tech or financial services context.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
