About the Role
Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Measurement to support large-scale assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. The role focuses on data analysis, statistical methods, and collaboration with psychometric leads and subject-matter experts to support assessment measurement activities.
The ideal candidate has experience working with data, familiarity with data structures, and knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS or Python.
Key Responsibilities
- Support measurement activities for large-scale assessment programs serving district, state, and national customers.
- Analyze assessment data and apply statistical methods to support program requirements.
- Collaborate with psychometric leads and experts on measurement-related projects.
- Work with data structures and contribute to assessment analysis activities.
- Support the delivery and ongoing development of assessment programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with data structures.
- Experience with SAS or Python.
- Ability to collaborate with psychometric leads and subject-matter experts.
Work Arrangement & Travel
- Remote position.
- Travel may be required up to 5%.
