Freelance Digital Marketing – Meta & TikTok Ads

Join a dynamic remote team to drive paid advertising campaigns for a leading dermatology and hair transplant clinic in Dubai. This part-time contract role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns, leveraging AI tools to maximize campaign performance and efficiency. You will play a key role in generating high-quality leads, analyzing campaign data, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance results. The position requires a commitment of 2–3 hours per day, participation in weekly progress meetings, and timely delivery of campaign reports. • Develop, launch, and manage Meta and TikTok ad campaigns tailored to the Dubai medical aesthetics sector
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI using analytics and AI-driven tools
• Prepare weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Attend scheduled progress meetings and collaborate with the client team to refine strategies
• Provide recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving ad creatives
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns, preferably in the medical aesthetics or healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and campaign analytics
• Proficiency with AI tools for campaign optimization
• Ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE market is highly desirable
• Availability for 2–3 hours per day and weekly meetings
• Reliable internet connection and ability to deliver timely reports
