Are you a proven Flooring Expert with deep connections in the commercial construction world?

We are seeking highly motivated, self-starting professionals to drive growth in two defined regions -- Eastern and Western United States --by securing high value Tenant Improvement (TI), Design-Build, commercial build-out, multifamily and specialized gym flooring projects.

This is a remote, commission-based role with a structured start up compensation plan for unlimited earning potential, rewarding the successful acquisition and development of new business leads.

What You'll Be Doing:

·      Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify, pursue, and win commercial flooring projects, focusing heavily on Tenant Improvement and Design-Build opportunities.

·      Relationship Management: Leverage your existing, direct relationships with General Contractors (GCs) and developers to secure flooring project bids.

·      Product Consultation: Serve as the primary subject matter expert, recommending and specifying surface solutions across a diverse product portfolio.

·      Installation Team: Recommend and help establish relationships with reliable, high-quality flooring installation teams in your assigned territory.

·      Accountability: Manage your own remote schedule and participate in weekly check-ins to review pipeline and strategy.

·      Training: We will provide thorough, dedicated training on our specific vendor product lines, systems and processes.

What We Need in an Expert:

Required Expertise

·      Product Knowledge: Comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial flooring materials, including LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), broadloom and tile carpet, rolled rubber, sheet vinyl, and other specialized floor finishes.

·      Market Insight: Proven experience understanding the commercial construction lifecycle, from initial design consultation through project completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strong candidate will have a background as one of the following:

·      Previous Flooring Installer: Hands-on experience that provides technical credibility and detailed product understanding.

·      Flooring Sales Professional: Experience in outside or inside sales for major flooring manufacturers or retailers (e.g., Mohawk, Floor & Decor, other national/regional flooring companies).

·      Technical Representative: A background as a technical representative for an existing flooring company or materials supplier.

Location & Flexibility

We are currently hiring for two key, remote roles:

·      East Region: Covering an expansive, designated territory in the Eastern US.

·      West Region: Covering an expansive, designated territory in the Western US.

This is a remote position requiring self-discipline and exceptional time management. You must live within and be able to actively service your assigned territory.
