AccountMakers has been engaged by a professional services firm to hire a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support its sales and business development team. This client provides advisory and operational services to commercial clients and is focused on improving sales efficiency, responsiveness, and follow-through across the revenue cycle.
Position Overview
The Sales Assistant will play a central support role for the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that help keep deals moving through the pipeline. In this role, you will support Sales Managers and Account Executives by preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials; maintaining accurate records in the CRM; coordinating meetings and follow-ups; and ensuring prospects and clients receive timely, well-organized communication.
You will also assist with tracking sales activity, updating pipeline information, responding to inbound inquiries, and helping route requests to the appropriate team members. This role works closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure internal alignment and smooth handoffs throughout the sales process. The position is fully remote but aligned to Pacific Time business hours and supports a Los Angeles–based team.
What We’re Looking For
-1–2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, coordination, or client-facing role.
-Interest in sales, business development, or account management.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups reliably.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills.
-Comfortable working with common workplace tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets).
-Experience using CRM systems or sales tools is preferred, but not required.
-Ability to take direction, ask questions, and follow established processes.
-Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected salary range of $48,000–$58,000 per year, depending on experience.
