We’re looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to schedule meetings and calls with potential clients and support the sales and business development teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, or messaging platforms
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales or account management teams
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and scheduled appointments
  • Follow up on meeting confirmations and reminders
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and scheduling efficiency
  • Meet daily/weekly scheduling targets and KPIs

âś… Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and calendar management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
