Whether it's getting connected to a new PCP or affordable housing resources, health workers can continue to provide care navigation to their clients, now through streamlined access to health information and resources.

Role Description_Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 - depending on experience_

This is a remote, commission-based sales role with flexible hours. The Sales Specialist will focus on building partnerships with colleges and universities, including student clubs, campus partners, and university health and student support services. The role involves identifying potential partners, pitching Culture Care Collective's platform, and closing deals to expan our reach and impact.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, a passion for health and wellness, and a desire to work independently while earning competitive commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with colleges, universities, and their associated organizations (e.g., student clubs, campus
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of higher education institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with campus decision-makers and stakeholders using a CRM
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to onboard new partners
  • Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Track and report sales activities and outcomes to Head of Sales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field required.
  • Experience working with CRMs required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with higher education institutions and their organizational structures is recommended.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the challenges faced by students and campus communities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup environment.
  • Must be based and authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Commission rates are determined by experience and nature of established partnership.

This structure allows for unlimited earning potential based on performance.
