RESPOSABILITĂ€ PRINCIPALI:

  • Rispondere a email, DM e commenti fornendo assistenza chiara, veloce e orientata alla soluzione
  • Gestire la live chat del sito e guidare i clienti nelle loro decisioni d’acquisto
  • Comprendere i bisogni del cliente e offrire la miglior esperienza possibile
  • Raccogliere feedback ricorrenti e segnalarli internamente per migliorare processi e prodotti
  • Mantenere un tono professionale, gentile e coerente con la voce del brand

REQUISITI:

  • Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata)
  • DisponibilitĂ  flessibile 5–7 giorni a settimana (20–40+ ore)
  • Empatia e capacitĂ  comunicative eccellenti
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e forte autonomia nel risolvere problemi
  • AffidabilitĂ  e organizzazione nel lavoro da remoto
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese

JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Specialist (Freelance, Italy division– Fully Remote)

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented person who knows how to provide an excellent experience to those who purchase our products.

The role is 100% customer-first: listening, empathy, clarity, and the ability to solve problems independently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to emails, DMs, and comments by providing clear, fast, and solution-oriented assistance
  • Manage the website's live chat and guide customers in their purchasing decisions
  • Understand customer needs and offer the best possible experience
  • Collect recurring feedback and report it internally to improve processes and products
  • Maintain a professional, friendly tone consistent with the brand's voice

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong command of the Italian language (written and spoken)
  • Flexible availability 5–7 days/week (20–40+ hours)
  • Excellent communication and empathy
  • Attention to detail and independent problem-solving
  • Reliability and ability to manage remote work efficiently
  • Intermediate English
